JV’s Buy of $17M Power Center in Conyers Lifts Atlanta Tally over $100MHRE/MStreet Conyers, LLC, a joint venture between Miami-based firms M Street Holdings and Highline Real Estate Capital, has acquired Conyers Commons, a 118,916-square-foot, multi-anchor power center in Conyers, GA, for $17 million.
The transaction is the joint venture’s second in the Atlanta market this year, following the $16.8 million acquisition of Turner Hill Marketplace in January.
Conyers Commons is anchored by Ross Dress for Less and Bealls Outlet and shadow anchored by Target, with regional and national tenants pOpShelf, Smoothie King, Mattress Firm, CitiTrends, Panda Express, and Kirkland’s.
“Conyers Commons is a high-performing retail center strategically positioned within an established trade area that is experiencing continued growth,” said David Milgram, managing principal of M Street Holdings.
“We believe there are multiple levers to unlock value given the asset’s strong anchor tenancy, robust financial profile, and dominant trade position.”
